I help women who are struggling with excess weight and yoyo dieting to finally find their way back to themselves. Having spent over 15 years losing and regaining the same weight, I know firsthand what it feels like to be trapped in that cycle. I understand the exhaustion of never feeling truly free around food, the mental burden of self-judgment, and the frustration of being told to simply “eat less” when the real struggle is so much deeper.

After years of fighting my own body, I finally reached my breaking point and decided to stop the battle. I let go of the toxic cycle of shame and replaced it with a sustainable, compassionate approach to nourishmentfrom food and beyond. 

Today, I live at a healthy, stable weight without the mental clutter of constant food noise or restriction. I’m here to help you do the same: to reclaim ownership of your body and step into a softer, fuller life.
